When it comes to snacks, the best way to be sure you're getting something healthy is to plan. Plan on taking a piece of fruit - banana, apple, orange, etc. And be sure to bring bottled water so you can curb your appetite and stay hydrated. But if there was another snack you might want to consider that will provide some satiation (make you feel full), while giving you some added health benefits including some minerals, then it's the almond nut.
